- Donations Are Final – All donations made to NBST, whether online, offline, or through any other mode, are non-refundable. Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
- Incorrect Transactions – In case of a duplicate transaction or an error in the amount entered, please contact us immediately at mail.nbstup@gmail.com. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will review the issue and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.
- Event and Sponsorship Contributions – Any contributions made towards events, sponsorships, or fundraising campaigns are also non-refundable.
